Small Donor Committees
§Under
Measure 47, Small Donor Committees (SDCs) can accept only
contributions from individuals of up to $50 per year
§Membership
groups, including unions, can allocate dues to the SDC, up
to $50 per member per year
§Each
union local with authority to support or oppose candidates can form an
SDC
